Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more items, or any bundle, applied automatically at checkout. For a single item a standard shipping fee applies, shown in your local currency at checkout. In the majority of cases orders are dispatched within 24 hours, though this can occasionally take longer. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days on average — this is an estimate based on past performance, not a guarantee, and actual delivery times can vary depending on circumstances outside our control. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You will never be charged any additional customs or import fees on delivery.

Change of address

After the order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping, sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we can't always guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist if your order hasn't yet left our warehouse.

Returns, exchanges & warranty

We offer a 30-day open purchase, exchanges for a different size or model, and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Available payment methods may vary by region — you will see what is available at checkout.

Pricing

All prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. A binding agreement is formed once you receive your order confirmation by email.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; harass, abuse, or harm another person; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with the Site's security or normal operation; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to Calm by Astrid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, social media or review platforms) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

User content & reviews

If you submit a review, comment, or other content to us (for example through our reviews platform), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for ensuring anything you submit is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Products & information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and other information accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Calm by Astrid is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply regardless of this choice of law, and you may use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact your local consumer authority.

If you are a customer in the United States, any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court — except that you may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. This arbitration provision applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calm by Astrid regarding the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies to your use of the Site.
